How do I know what the product will look like in my home?
You may use our visualisation tool on our website to visualise how the selected material will look like. Alternatively, you may visit our gallery to view the product. We are located at 110 Lorong 23 Geylang, Victory Center, #05-03 Singapore 388410.
Are the colours for your products accurate?
Although we do our best to make sure that the colours published on our site are accurate, actual colours may vary due to subtle colour differences and textures that may not be fully appreciated on some monitors and/or display cards.
The best way is to visit our gallery to view the actual samples. At the same time, please note that all samples may have minimal colour variation as stated by the manufacturers. We’d also like to suggest that you order all of your blinds of a given colour at one time, since there can be slight variations between dye lots.
Which brands of window shade materials, window covering solutions and home automation systems do you carry?
We carry several international brands such as Coulisse, Mermet, Acacia and Somfy in addition to our very own brand, Equiluxe.
What are the modes of payment arrangements for my order?

What types of window blinds are available and how are they different?

After Your Order
How soon will I be able to receive my order?
We try to make sure you get your order as fast as possible. However, because our products are all custom made, there is a manufacturing time associated with every order. Typically, an order will take around 2 to 3 weeks upon actual site measurement provided by you or our panel of professional installer.
Are there any delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders of SGD350 and above, for installation in Singapore.
